Amidst all the packing and the unending cold viruses moving through our home, we managed to get outside and enjoy our first tastes of spring. Here’s a few shots from our time in the yard along with some of our other favorite things from the past week. Be sure to leave your photos and/or comments of what you are grateful for.
Our favorite recipe from this past week were these homemade bagels from Skinnytaste. They can be made regular, gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free. We made the gluten-free version and followed the tips in the post. I would definitely bake them a little longer next time, but they were delicious – not to mention fun to make.
